Dorna van Rouveroy van Nieuwaal
Born into a family that lived and worked in the Dutch East Indies for several centuries. She graduated in directing and production from the Dutch Film and Television Academy in Amsterdam and completed postgraduate studies in storytelling and directing at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.
She has directed and produced feature films, documentaries, music videos and animated shorts, and has worked as an executive producer for Cineventura and Stichting Filmproject in Amsterdam.

Lea Wongsoredjo
Born in Paramaribo, Suriname, and raised in Rotterdam. She produced the feature films Paul Chevrolet and the Ultimate Hallucination, Intoxicated and Odyssey of Love, directed by Pim de la Parra. She produced documentaries for Altamira and Cineventura, worked in environmental and nature-conservation projects in Brussels, and is series producer for Stichting Filmproject.
Dr. Wouter W. van der Schaar
Clinical psychologist, formerly associated with the Academic Medical Center, the first Obesity Clinic in Hilversum and the Institute for Psychotrauma. He was a co-founder of Stichting Filmproject and resigned from the board in 2025 for health reasons.
Govert Huijser
Co-founder and former board member General G.L.J. (Govert) Huijser died on 5 January 2014. He supported Stichting Filmproject in initiating the War Stories portrait series in collaboration with Stichting Gastdocenten and shared his own experiences of a Japanese internment camp in a moving narration.
